thanks bunbun....ya lor, it's definitely much cheaper as compared to singapore,....but, just worry abt the trouble & also quality lor. if the tax & levy total up to a big amount,...then not worth the trouble going to JB lor......cos hv so much to worry when in there....hahaha but then, my hb still says wan go there to buy. will see how lor.

hey, my hse toilets, kitchen & MBR also hv concrete spalling problem....and some water-marks or water moisture stains. so, my contractor will be doing the hacking of the ceilings and re-do.

oic. no choice lor....hv to wait for neighbour ocme back lor. hey, i noticed you also put your gate out...and main door remains at current position. me also, will be shifting my gate out.....keke

ya lor....true also. we usually settles things quite fast....... last wkends when we went to choose the floor & wall tiles + kitchen cabinets laminates......we settled within 30mins....hahaha and we also settled our dining table within 30mins.....

actually, when we bog my current hse....we also look out for any paint spray / splash clues,......and also check the letter box whether got any *writings* on it....hahaha then, all cleared and we decided to buy. and after we took over the hse,...we left it vacant and did not do any reno for the past 3 mths,.........*to monitor the situations*....hahaha nothing happened,....SAFE! so, we started our reno lor....hahaha :D

for my case,.....my hb always not in town, so i will handle everything. i just need to go and shop for things,....then take pix and email to him with price quoted. will need his approval lah.....cos he's paying mah.....keke

same here. we also dong-tu b4 the reno start to kick-off....and also we bought a brand new hammer to knock knock on the floor...and also we bought a BIG pineapple to throw in....hahahaha
