hi sofian94 where is your EM located? ya, i think for doing up the whole hse,......40k shld be ard there. i think your 59k is abit on the high side. maybe you wish to check out a few more to make comparisons.

i am also facing the same problem. have arranged for the hdb inspector to go to my hse this friday to inspect and if cnfm, we will then proceed to town council and report. my reno also cannot start due to this problem.......really hope can settle soon then i can start reno lor.

hi hello88, let me take some pix and show you all....cos currently oledi has got the shower done-up,..both my MBR toilet and common toilet have shower screen...and it's still very new, thus we will not remove the shower screen....we will probably just change the acrylic panel nia.

hi hello88, ya,...i also find that the loo on 2nd floor is so stupid,....with the WC right inside......if it's not at that location,...then, that will be best ideal for shower.

hi hi, congrats on getting your love nest! AMK,...good location! honestly, i don't think u can work within 18k,...unless you are not doing many things. if you mentioned abt hacking and doing floorings + carpentary works,.....it shld be ard 25-30k.

that's what we hv in-mind! we will do a partition wall (cheapest mah),...then to run wiring and lights on the partition walls (lower part so that it shines on the steps).... ya, not all the way up to the ceiling,......the height of the partition will be same as the current railings height,....right?
