pix 1 budha face painting...my hb bog from Bali at only S$15! pix 2 3 paintings also from bali....at $6 only! re-painted WI stairs-railings....the color is same as my gate...black & silver. re-painted WI stairs-railings (view from 2nd floor)....with my deco painting (also from Bali at $8) and display shelf.

hi hi all wow...u all really camp here ah! i kena terrible flu virus leh....running high fever on Monday and ended up i left my office after half-day of work and went home to rest.... so sori to let all of u wait for so long.....and i promise promise, will upload the pix 2nite. i took some pix infact, but not well taken cos whole hse still **** messy lor. u all want to see nice or messy pix? keke

hi all latest updates (pix will be coming in tmrw after my visit to my hse this evening). my kitchen cabinets is 50% completed....today shld be installing the balance 50%...however, the solid top will only come in sometime next week lor. my WIW will be ready by Saturday...will then take pix and share. my toilets are abt 70% completed with the accessories....however, the new toilet doors will only be installed next week. that's all,...nothing much though...keke

hi 666 i like your layout,....cos it's corridor end unit...... also, your common toilet on 2nd floor,......think you can put the shower right inside the toilet leh......at least the position of the wc is nearer to the door.

hi all, updates from me! sori, i will not be able to chat these 2 days cos will not be in office cos attending course lor. by the way, updates for my new house will be : 1. painting all 100% completed 2. electrical works & lights all UP & in operation liao 3. kitchen cabinets delayed by 1 day, and will be up and installed on 23rd Sep. 4. WI grills & stairs-railings 100% completed (love it so much now) 5. my new main door is also up (NICE NICE) 6. my TVs & dining table will be delivered on this Sat. 7. my WIW will be ready by next week. That's all i did not take any pix on Sat cos workers still rushing on the WI railings & grills and also on my main door. i will be going there tmrw afternoon (after my course) to check out the kitchen cabinets and will take pix to post here (have got my camera ready...it's in my bag now). Stay tune for the pix tmrw nite

congrats! WOW,...really in it's ORIGINAL condition....and it's a good thing cos then means you dun hv to feel headache on what to keep or what to tear. actually, i prefer hse to be in it's original condition .... hey, i am selling my brand new sink which i bought from Living Phenomenon.....you can check out my t-blog or garage sales for the pix and dimension....

ooo...i know where is Lilydale cos my aunt stays there i love that place! quiet and peaceful.....but when it's wkends or PH,...not quiet & peaceful cos kids playing and swimming thus = noisy...hahaha hey, really envy leh. this is such a good buy and also minimum reno needed! good deal!

went to my hse last nite,...but din take any pix cos still super messy...hahaha but, all paint ok liao...except doors lor. today will be painting my WI grills and stairs railings......and it shld be ready by Sat lor....so eager to see the end result. the schedule for the acid wash will still remain on Sat and install cabinets on Mon.

good news is............MY BOSS IS ON THE PLANE NOW!!!!!!!!!! He travels today mah...........keke :D

me now so excited to go my hse to see the progress 2nite....cos painter just called and inform that now painting completed abt 90%. balance will be the 3 bedroom doors, store-room door, ceiling & water pipes. and have called johnson that he can send his workers up to wash tmrw and install cabinets on Fri liao! HURRAY!!!!!!!

hey ling-ling i believe due to structural issues,....hacking of beams are unlikely to be approved. but, u can still try,...get a PE to assess and endorse lor.
