I am currently sourcing for renovation designers/contractors and would like to have a realistic budget for the things that I am requesting for. Please let me know how much would the following items cost... thx.

1. Hack everything, flooring, wall tiles, wardrobe, cabinets, cupboards, accessories.

2. Homogenous flooring for living, kitchen, shelter, bathrooms.

3. Laminate overlay for bedrooms.

4. Ceramic wall tiles for kitchen, bathrooms.

5. Redo piping.

6. Install hood, hob, sink, basins, wc, accessories.

7. Shower screen for master bathroom.

8. Replace bathrooms doors.

9. Kitchen cabinet with granite top.

10. Vanity cabinet with granite top for master bathroom.

11. Paint whole house.

12. Plaster smooth all walls.

13. False ceiling, L-box for living, master bedroom.

14. Wardrobes for master bedroom, guest room.

15. Feature wall and TV console for living.

16. Other hidden cost?

maybe can use mine as a benchmark..4-rm resale at tampines

1) completely overhaul the kitchen..homo tiles for walls and flooring, new cabinets, new solid sink and stove support

2) re-do both bathrooms with homo. tiles

3) laminate flooring for living and dining area

4) painting

5) L-box and false ceiling

6) 'extra' like changing the lock on our wrought iron gate, dustbin cover

costed me 23.5K with ID.

rewiring + installing lights was additional 2.3K
