Hdb Rectification Considered Dong Tu?

Recommended Posts

Hi, need some urgent advise here.

Understand dat it's impt to get an auspicious date for commencement of renovation works aka. Dong Tu.

For my new house, i need to get HDB contractor to rectify some defects first though.

Is this considered Dong Tu? Do I need to adhere to Dong Tu date?

Thanks a lot!

Can I add on a further question also related to Dong Tu?

Should we be looking at the dates auspicious for me and my spouse

according to our Bazi or looking at the general chinese calender

for dates suitable for dongtu. eg 宜 - 动土。

If its based on our bazi eg 1 mar very auspicious for us, but according

to chinese calender is eg 忌- 动土。 can we still choose this date?

Please advise. Thanks in advance. :yamseng:

sorry, manage to find a similiar question in the forum and it

said priority goes to the date which is best for both Bazi.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Thanks

Hi,

You need to match all. That's why it takes an expert and a lot more permutation to do date selection.

e.g. 1st Mar is a good date for other activities. But NOT for reno for any BaZi. It is a 开日 according to Dong Gong and 氏日according to 28 constellation - BOTH not suitable for reno works.

Had it been a suitable date for reno, we still need to look at your BaZi (Yr and Day pillars) to make sure it does not clash or no penalty. A good FSM will connect the date to yr bazi using interactions and Stars.

Also, since we are talking abt Fengshui, we need to chek the Yi Jing Hexagram for 1 Mar and it is 雷风益。 We need to check this Hexagram to your personal Hexagrams (derived from yr BaZi) to see if they match.

This is not all! There is also choosing the best sector of the house to START reno and choosing the best timing of the day. When it comes to Fengshui, we must match Tian/ Di /Ren. If not, having the best house with best Fengshui potential also pointless.

cheers!

Thanks

the red coloured dates on the tongshu doesnt mean GOOD/appropriete for everybody.

even if a certain date says it's good for dongtu but the elements clashes with your bazi. vice versa.
