Odd that with the smaller units the HDB is building, plus the lesser material used, prices for short sofas/tv console are really on the high side...

Huh... no lah. Not as big as yrs.

Sungei Kadut i know IFC only. There was this sat we popped by there, those shops in that area are closed - or they look closed from outside... so dunno they really closed or not lor.

Katong mall... hmm... inside? Or ard there? I can get my bro to check for me coz he's normally there w his friends...
