Recently bought a HDB resale flat 4A model (104 Sqm), which i intend to do all these changes. can you guys suggest me on approx price and good contractor.

1 : Change Grill

2 : Change Window

3 : Replace existing sitting to sitting toilet

4 : Change squatting to Sitting toilet

5 : 2 X toilet Tiles Overlay

6 : 2 X Foldable toilet Doors

7 : Kitchen cabinet (just change skin)

8 : Kitchen Hood New installation

9 : Painting

Solid surface generally $90/ft, postform $40/ft. Granite - it depends anything up to 130/ft

mine is oso 104sqm resale. my id charge me de following:

1 : Change Grill - window(1100)

2 : Change Window (3140 - approx 240sqft), toilet(450)

3 : Replace existing sitting to sitting toilet (80installation+250toiletbowl)

4 : Change squatting to Sitting toilet(150change squat to sit+80installation+250toiletbowl)

5 : 2 X toilet Tiles Overlay (wall tiles for 2 bathroom@2400+ floor tiles for 2 bathroom@800) - my ceiling is abt 2.85m btw

6 : 2 X Foldable toilet Doors (220x2=440)

7 : Kitchen cabinet (just change skin) (laminate u mean? i not sure abt this)

8 : Kitchen Hood New installation (FOC, but buy own hood)

9 : Painting (paint@1160+sealant@100)

juz a rough guide?
