No idea should I send my floorplan online to them for quotation.....Or fix an appt and head down to them???

Currently I have not yet see this ID company being mention on the forum.

This company is terrible. They're charging expensive and scaming money from designer as well. I did my Reno there, doing tiling works and carpentry, they said the warenty is one year but then they hold payment to supplier and designer ever after the job done. Therefore when I ask them come back to solve some issue even within the warranty period, call the designer not working there anymore, call company saying designer no longer there they will send someone resolve the issue. In the end no news anymore. 

 Advise from me? Don't award your job to them. I regret and I hope u don't.
