Reliable Electrician Anyone?

Anyone knows of any reliable electrician to recommend?

My requirements as shown:

To supply & install

1. Unlimited wiring cable length

2. Unlimited cable trunking

3. PUB testing

4. DB box x 1

5. Twin 3 pin power socket x 12

6. Single 3 pin power socket x 2

7. Lighting points x 14

8. Instant Water heater point x 2

9. SCV point x 2

10. Aircon point x 1

11. Tel point x 1

12. Cooker hood point x 1

I've got quotes for these items ranging from $2000-$3070. Not sure if what would be a reasonable price.

In addition, are earth bonding and PUB test really required?

Expensive quote! let me recall some of the pricing that i pay for my wiring.

mmm.... for wiring and trunking is all include in power socket.

so things that u pay shall be as followed:

DB box - what is that?

Twin 3 Pin power socket should be around $80(max)

Single 3 Pin is around $50

Water heater point is around $100 ba. dont think so expensive.

Lighting point is around $20 plus ba, depend u going for downlight or normal lighting.

SCV is $80

Aircon point is $150

Tel point is $30

Cooker hood point is consider as one single 3 pin power so that will be $50.

u do your maths. see total up how much ba.

PUB test are Not really required, unless u r hving a shop house n yr amp is high, more than 30 amp

If u are looking for Electrician, Give this uncle a call (Got to know his number through a friend of mine) and His workmanship is good.

Previously, i called him up and ask him to lay the SCV cable and extra power point for my mum hse. Before he starts laying the SCV cable he told me that he need to check the signal level of that house before laying, if the signal level is in the unacceptable range he won't lay.

I'm Quite pleased with his professionalism in his work so therefore i would recommend him in renotalk.

He mainly deal with larger project unless recommended by someone he knows.

Tell him that Alan @ Upper Boon Keng Recommend one, he would know.
