Is Ideal House Any Good?

Hi,

My hubby and I dropped by Ideal House last weekend and we were sorely disappointed by their service despite the rave reviews given by forummers here.

The designer who attended to us kept shoving their package deal in our face and couldn't be bothered to look at our layout and suggest any design ideas. He wouldn't listen to our reno needs and it was rather disconcerting.

Perhaps it was our luck. But we did expect much more after reviewing positive comments on this forum.

Any thoughts?
