Do not recommend this contractor from Soterior Interior Works. Poor project management, fail to follow up on items and extended delay. The day the cabinets were supposed to be installed, they did not turn up. The guy, who seems to be the sole worker, did not even bother to update us. He even requested for payment for his workers and for materials before the work has even started. As this was the first time we have engaged a contractor, we did not know that we should only pay him only when the works are completed. When the money is paid up, the works were then delayed and alot of pushing has to be done on our part for the works. To date, there are still outstanding works that have yet to be completed.

Hi do you know where is the Soterior works office or store located? Bcos engage the David Heng and he owes me payment and always says he will transfer but never. When I ask to collect payment from his office he shouted at me saying for a small amount why do I have to go his office.
