Which Property Will You Buy?

I need some advice from you guys.

I kinda shortlisted a couple of properties that I may like to buy but I'm unsure because every one has its pros & cons.

I've drawn up the table of properties. Please click here to see.

Can you tell me which one would you buy if you were in my shoes.

Pasir Panjang Condo.

There are quite a number of Telok Kurau landed asking 1.4Mil. Don't have to go all the way to YCK/Tampines.

Pasir Panjang either The Peak @ Balmeg (that's the Townhouse right?) or Luxe Ville. Very near to CBD but Pasir Panjang is a quiet district though.

The remaining are all FH? That is an important factor to consider and the age of the property if they aren't new. To wait for enbloc is very uncertain. You may end up having to wait for > 5 years, it's a risk really .

aoiaoi, yep, they're all freehold or 999. Agree that the condition of the house must be good. Except for the townhouse at Bt Timah, I assume the rest are fine from the pictures that I saw.

Can see your dilemma - you like big space yet it has be somewhere 'central'.

I would opt for Bt Timah Townhouse. Used to stay somewhere 'central' for 20 years and everything [then] was convenient. Now living in the west and always feeling so lazy going town.

My second choice is PP Townhouse.
