Help Needed To Identify Material For Carpentry

hi everybody, a question from me.

We've received the carpentry stuff yesterday. but we're wondering what kind of material is used, as shown in the picture below:

thanks for the reply. how do you tell that it's not-so-good quality plywood? I've tried doing some online search but couldn't find much information.

Maybe is china plywood or maybe is contractor uses 2 thin sheets of plywood to sandwich the left over strip.

For kitchen, ppl said use solid plywood but how does solid plywood looks like???

Cos in general there's no term "solid" plywood right?

Any advice on what plywood is good for kitchen cos i m also renovating my kitchen soon :)

The picture shown above is blockwood. It is normally used for shelving or doors because of its weight. You can't possibly want to spend much strength opening or carrying heavy shelves or doors right? It is technically alright to use blockwood unless you are referring to the bodies(carcass) of cabinets which should be in plywood.

For cabinet carcasses, contractors should use plywood because of its strength as they are pieces of wood laminated together.
