I need some advice and help! Does anyone know what are the procedures involved if 2 flats are to be traded? they are very close to each other and same layout as well. Is it even a possibility? Or do they have to sell and buy from each other?

Maybe not popular or troublesome, it died off. think olderfolks in their 50s might have come
