Please Recommend Contractor For 2 Jobs

Hi,

I need to do a back to back renovation. Renovate new place and then renovate old place (for renting out). Relatively straightforward renovations (no fancy designs), painting, all toilets to be renovated etc...

For new place would also like to put false ceilings /cove lighting in all rooms, so contractor should be experienced in false ceiling / lighting installation works.

Also, the contractor has to speak English and is prepared to talk through the project with me...
