ck3128 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2010 I'm using 8.5kg. The sound.. depend on individual. Normally I start the WM in the morning then go out eat my breakfast, lim copi. By the time, come back.. almost 1/2 done For me, I'm ok with the sound as I don't sit or stand beside that washing.. Just few things may be will interest you. 1. When energy save and water save option is select. Average washing time is 70 minute. 2. The stage when it weight the cloth. That sound, u might not like it. Hmm.. I had an idea.. How abt ask the saleperson to demo. Step 1. power on 2. press start 3. Then the weight stage come in. the sound See whether u like that sound or not.. Understand the ending music can change. But I didn't change.. so I don't know which music is nicer Wow therat, thanks 4 sharing your experience with WM, hehe .... I'll try my luck on asking the sales person to do the demo then, ... I'm still able to tolerate if it's not so serious... But overall, is this washing okie? Any other comment from the owner of this model would be deeply appreciated ^^.... Thanks in advance guys... I have checked the drainage pipe, no water is leaking from it leh. What is the Hitachi customer service no that u gals call? I dunno where I place my invoice. Thanks. lol.. we take turn arr.. The following monday, Hitachi CS drop me a reply email and say will sent a service guy come down to a look. At the same time, I receive a call from them. Arrange for a service on the next day but as no one at home. I suggest on coming sat which is today 12noon - 2 pm. Est 10am plus, a uncle call, ask am I at home. Can he come out early. I reply, sure. 30-60 min later, a uncle shown up with a brand new plastic cover. He ask.. is it washing blanket.. I reply ya Base on what he say.. seem like quite a number of ppl facing this. I ask him what cause it. He say.. blanket scratches it while spin or overload also might cause it. I also ask him, will the machine give warning if overload. He say.. no.. it does not come this feature. It might give F9 if too heavy The uncle change a new plastic cover with no question ask. Hitachi after sale service very good and fast. booksntoys 0 Report post Posted October 2, 2010 Yeah! it is hardened. Don't think can use thinner as it stick on the plastic part. My fault. This morning wash my blanket, bedsheet, etc. Use the blanket program. The manual did mention use dilute liquid detergent. Do not use powdered detergent which is difficult to dissolve in water. I'm using powder all along for FUZZY course. So.. I thought should not be a problem for Blanket course. Haha.. who know.. this will happen. therat 18 Report post Posted October 2, 2010 Seriously, noone will go read and remember every line on the manual. I didn't know about this until you posted about it. Hitachi should consider sticking a warning message beside the Blanket button. How about using boiling hot water to soften and dissolve it? I know hot water can disolve detergent residue well. I use liquid detergent. My tenants use powder detergent. Luckily they use Fuzzy mode. I ever tried blanket mode with concentrated liquid detergent, it was ok. Boiling hot water.. I scare later the plastic melt. My head even more bigger i think I will live with it as long as it don't dirty my washing. I guess no more Blanket mode for me until I finish my existing power.
