Need some advice.

I bought a resale and wish to min the reno work (bo $$ liao.)

Want to keep the granite top. Feel abit wasted if whack it away.

But the wall tile in between the top and bottom cabinet has some hair line crack

Possible to change the top and bottom cabinet and the wall tile w/o damage the granite?
