What will you be renovating? ya condition is nt too bad.will be renovating both toilets,kitchen cabinet,false ceiling for mbr.living room tiles will keep.jus wash n it will look more brand new. Kitchen seems a bit dark though. all tiles will be keeping except for both toilets.major reno for toilets. kitchen is dark.dunnoe y bt once window open will be better.anyway choosing white for my cabinet to mk the kitchen more brighter. is my kitchen wall tile very old fashion? scare it wont match my cabinet.
