Bleach Stained My Toilet Wall Tiles! Help!

Recommended Posts

I used bleach directly on my floor and wall tiles to remove the mould and scum on the tiles.. Then it seems to have "eaten" into the wall tiles, forming white flowing streaks downwards the wall tiles which i cannot remove no matter how.

What can i do?

I forgot to mention this is in my bathroom!

2 days already still no one provide clues, let me kpo a bit.

-The white white thing is the "residual" of NaOH in fine powder form, so either you've used very concentrated bleach solution or, you dissolved the power form of NaOH into solution but not "stirred" properly, or you have left the bleach solution for "too long" on the walls/floor before rinsing.

-The white marks will be "auto" disappear after numberous of washings/rinsing, may use "coconut brush" or plastic brush to brush away.

- If cannot tahan the marks & want them to disappear immediately, go NTUC buy those bottle type of diluted acid, apply them, brush & rinse with water. NaOH will react and be neutralised with acid.

- To clear tiolet (good for ceramic tiles), should put "diluted bleach solution" into bottle/container, spray them over tiles/grooves, wait for a new minutes, brush and rinse, then everything look "new new". Rought surface homo tiles need more strength, don't conserve it, if you want tiles/groove to be looked "new new".
