Help! On Email Notification For Post Replies

Sorry guys not sure where to post this but i'm not getting the email alerts when someone reply on my post...and i have checked every boxes under email settings except the ' Hide my email address from other members " . I'm having a hard time trying to catch up who has provided great advice on my query......

can any guru please help me out?
