How To Ensure Not To Get Overcharged By Area (sqft) And Measurements (ft) For Reno?

Recommended Posts

I didnt realised that my area size can vary from one contractor to another...how do we ensure it is the actual area size that we are being charged? My floor plan shows only horizontal dimensions and not the vertical...so for rooms i only get to see the lengths and no breadths to multiply to get the sqft...

reno gurus bros and sis...care to teach me how you overcome this issue?
