Looking For Contractor!

Hi people..

I am looking for a contractor for my new 4room premium flat.

Main things to be done..

- Hacking of 3 bedroom walls and make good

- Full kitchen carpentry

- Whole room of walk-in-wardrobe

- L-box (no false ceiling)

- Full height shoe cabinet & feature wall

- 1 x bathroom vanity

- and other smaller stuff..

Anyone have any contractor to recommend?

Hello,

Looks like you will be having quite a lot of carpentary work. I've engaged Urban Design located at Joo Chiat, and I find that the quote is reasonable, especially for their capentary works.

1) Kitchen Cabinet - $110 per foot run

2) Full Height Wardrobe - $230 per foot run

3) TV Feature Wall come with Suspended Console - $230 per foot run

4) Full Height Display Cabinet - $280

Just giving you a feel of how the market rates' like. People out there, please help by sharing your quotes too.
