From windows of my 23th floor, I can see(face?):

cars

MRT trains

Vessels

Aeroplanes

very enjoyable and relaxing.

Is it okay for my living room/bedrooms windows to face shipyard?

If you are concerned over the noise & any possible air pollution, then, it is deemed unacceptable to you.

But which direction are your living room/bedrooms windows facing? Main door's facing?

Bedrooms and living room facing north...

My main door is facing south

Which floor do you stay at?

If you stay at high floor, the noise won't affect you so much.

Rather than facing shipyard, the immediate concern will be the existence of Water in that area.

FS depend on two important thing.

The first is 峦头 and the second is 理气.

The area surrounding the house will affect the house in certain way in certain time.

峦头 refers to surrounding while 理气 refers to time.

Too little information from u to comment much on this.

regards,
