Toilet Leak - Where To Buy Flapper Valve In Singapore?

HI,

Anyone know where to buy rubber seal ( flapper valve ) in Singapore?

This is the rubber seal that keeps water in the tank. When it is worn out, it allows water to flow from the water tank (cistern) and into the toilet bowl uncontrollably (and wasting water )

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
