Did anyone have recent experience with this shop?

I has read horrible experiences from the after sales delivery of this company and i am now paranoid...

i just recently bought mattress+bedframe and was "sweettalk" using the same container gimmicks

my delivery will be in 2 wks time

anyone can share the recent experiences? Has it gotten better?
