For sengkang there's a few areas u can consider.. I actually saw online for Compassvale (opp compasspoint ones) selling at abt 480-530k oso.. Tink I saw on www.iproperty.com.sg some locations in sengkang r not that bad.. N e older batches are alot bigger at 121sqm for 5rm N some at abt 114-116sqm

Dun tink there's gonna be any new mrt ba? But i noe sengkang east way building hospital then a mega mall to be built at dunno anchorvale or dunno fernvale.. But e ones near e upcoming mega malls one are newer n maybe due to e mall, prices higher oso..

Hmmm ok.

Anyway i notice that seng kang recently have been very popular especially with first time HDB buyers.

Lots of upgrading there and also the new DBSS type of HDBs

cause i found out that its not near the mrt.

However i got hear rumors that the building of mrt is in progress?
