What would it cost to re-tile that alone? I dont know the sq ft of the kitchen but please assume average Hdb 5 room2. If I want to do that alone, should I engage a contractor or Id?3. Any recommendations on any contractor/Id?My bedroom is a parquet flooring is generally okay but has some light split offs. What can be done with that? And can they be polished?
