Any Bank Offers Home Loans For Around 25-30K?

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys and Gals, good day to all!

This is my virgin post!

Just wanna enquire, other than HDB loan of 2.6%PA. Which other bank offers a lower interest rate?

But im intending to loan about 25-30k only, and repayment for around 5years or so.

Found out that POSB 2+2 Home loan min amt is 100k.

All banks offer home loan with a minimum $100k. If you only need 25-30k, suggest you go for personal loan without collateral. Though interest rate is higher compared to home loan, at least you have the flexibility of repayment period of 5 years

What about combining a few properties loan ? is the bank receptive to this ? Or must be one loan one property ?

Perhaps in China.

Chinese cultures promote "all in one" package.

Yes you can combine a few properties to get loan, but have to make sure these properties are not mortgaged. Meaning the bank must have first charge of the mortgage of properties. Beside equity loan (term loan). You may consider Overdraft facilities. Interest rate is higher compared to equity / term loan, no lock in period. Can always check with your banker for the best option that suit you.
