Solid Wood Queen Bedframe Recommendations

Looking for a reasonably priced solid wood queen bedframe, simple not too high headboard and enough clearance underneath to vacuum/mop. I don't like storage beds and platforms.

I saw a few at the Furniture Mall before they moved and they were going for $800-900 range, not sure if that's a reasonable price. Friends told me I should get my carpenter to custom-make too but not sure if that would end up more expensive ?

Anyone has any shop/brand/general recommendations ?
