We recently purchased a set of dining chairs (Tusk Dining Chairs - # TUSCHR01) from there that costs me $329 each. When the chairs arrived, the cushion is crazily thin and we can feel the base/wood at our thighs. It's madness to pay for a pair of chairs with such quality. Ikea will be much better option and cheaper. We tired emailing them telling them about the problem we faced. No reply so I called them after emailing them for 3 whole weeks.
