As well as this for her high chair.. she's slowly outgrowing the IKEA high chair, having difficulty coming out LOL

Not sure about quality, need to bring her down to test-drive it

Confirmed our security system with Kerry yesterday after we took our keys.. This is probably the single most expensive item on our list! But no choice, gotta feel safe staying in our house.. Comes with video intercom too for security and convenience..

Considered the Philippe Starck Masters chairs on sale at Space, but hub wasn't keen on it..

The Green Chairs above were super comfy.. the plastic is 100% recycled and recyclable and moulds to your back and is springy.. best for restless ppl like me haha

For ID that specialises in private housing, you may want to consider Xinwei from atelier 01

Ps:oops! Just realised you have confirmed a contractor.

Thanks Retchlow! Actually my main con is mainly for carpentry, painting and ceiling / electrical works. I am coordinating most of the other stuff like grilles, security, curtains, awnings etc

BTW, love the convenient location of your cosy home!

Finally, the defects rectification by the developer are moving along, thanks to the very nice main con liaison foreman.. the parquet will be all touched up, sanded down and 're-oiled' and left to dry until Sat..

Sat morning, meeting contractor to go thru all designs and finalize nitty-gritty details & laminate selection; evening time, meet with electrician to go through and finalize lighting plan.. and I think Sun gotta go buy the lights le! It's really shaping up to be a busy busy week (and my hubby is traveling for the next 2 wks)!

Hopefully the ceiling and electrical works can start next Wed *fingers crossed* Really gan cheong..

Haven't gone up since Sat, developer tying up loose ends for defects, tmrw gotta catch the supervisor to highlight a few more problems..

Meanwhile, thru his recommendation I got the developer sub con Ah Leong to tile up the grass patch in the backyard.. previously the area behind the drain covers were (overgrown) cow grass turfing & much-hated ants were nesting there!

Looks much much better now.. Tmrw gonna call Ah Leong up and ask him whether he's gonna remove the cement marks and get the paint from developer to touch up the boundary wall :)

Hmmm.. I think it's better not to hand them the keys  , better to ask them provide those number locks to secure your gates or doors.

Anyway good luck to your reno! Hope it will be completed asap so that you can move in before the lunar seventh month. Haha! :good:

Hi Bengologist, ya not giving them my actual keys, will disarm the autogate and let them use their own padlock for it.. else troublesome for me..

Wah HL85, your house so big. :notti:

Missyliang young ah-ma! Actually I prefer something smaller but hub likes the space (though its spread over several levels).

How young are you exactly? So good life, have grandson who's old enuf to teach u how to post, retired & enjoying life (and reno) & healthy enough to climb stairs! Even I have to take extra healthy wholesome 'supplements' to 'cure' my knee from taking care of my tod! ;)
