I love this exercise. I practice yoga, right now I’m doing fysm yoga. I really love this type of yoga practice. In some practices, there are also poses where you stretch the calf muscle in a similar way.

Do you work out at home? What I like about yoga is that you can do it anywhere and anytime. You can’t really say the same for strength training, unfortunately. Right now, at least I don’t need to pay for a trainer. I have a subscription to the madmuscles app, you can read mad muscle reviews if you haven’t heard of it. And they’ve got personalized workouts, full plans for all muscle groups. But I think I should add yoga too.
