Semi-D Advice Needed

Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum and also to this whole idea of reno!

Purchasing a semi-D soon. I would just like to get a rough idea of renovation costs and other miscellaneous costs. Firstly, the house is really old and in original condition about 50+ years old. This are the things i would like to get done, without tweaking much with the original structure:

- Change all tiles except bedroom parquet

- Rebuild all 3 toilets

- Rebuild the whole kitchen

- Change lighting of bedrooms

- Exterior and interior painting

- Change all windows and grills ( mainly to french windows / grills) even expand the windows

- Change front door and construct stretch of sliding door at the side

- The house has a large front-yard & backyard so want to build a large water feature and patio

Any rough idea guys? Thanks in advance !

Hi, my uncle just renovated his house recently. His designer is good in service and also reasonable price.

Just started my reno for my semi D last week total contractor quoted me $338K all in

-redo 7 toilets

-change marble flooring on 1st storey

-hack wall for dry kitchen

-erect wall for maid's room

-concrete top for wet kitchen

-concrete partition from 1 big room to 2 bedroom

-electricity works with 3 caset air con and 4 split air con

-hack and redo the exterior flooring

-landscape with fish pond and water feature

-change all grilles and sliding doors

-change all doors including main door
