Dear Solo Queen,

Your place is amazing. Coincidentally, we have also just bought a 3NG home at Telok Blangah Drive! We will be getting our keys in June and starting to fret on how to make this tiny space functional, quaint and cosy for our home. Woohoo, great to know I might actually have a friendly neighbour just a stone's throw away!

I love how you have worked on your toilets cause I was wanting to ensure that I had a shower screen in between to ensure water would not splashing everywhere whenever I bath.

Could you send me the quotation of the following:

a. Interior Decorator

b. Cost of blinds

c. Windows (as our home is the same format as yours along the corridor, I want to make sure we can find a good window and window grille so that people would not be peeping in at all times

I really love the design and simplicity of your house, it would be so wonderful if I could have a look at it first hand to wow at how my 3NG flat would potentially look so nice!

Anyhow, please pm me: lynnho23@gmail.com

Many thanks for your help

Excited Home Owner

The lock specialist will only do the installation ya. Before that, my ID took our lock to let his contractor to measure and prepare the hole.

The installation arrangement for this lock seems unusual because almost always the lock installer should be the one deciding where to install the lock and to cut the hole. Not the contractor who does not really know. Installation includes cutting the hole.

Yea, the uncle that installed the lock also told us that, but just we did not know that initially :)

Hi soloqueen can I know how you maintained your windows blinds and how you clean it thank

So far still haven's start maintaining leh.. lol.. but I think really need to start soon.

Previously that guy just suggested us to clean with feather duster, and definitely not with a wet cloth.

But so far still ok leh, not really dusty ya :)
