CuGu 12 Report post Posted September 22, 2014 mine is laminated floor board and after only 2 month of use, i abit regret liao..cos got spilt of wood after heavy furniture placed...also constantly having to wipe off standing water...somemore stain on the wood became difficult to wipe off unlike tiles.. accidentalgenius 2 Report post Posted October 8, 2014 My 2 centsDo not compromise on floor materials as it would be very difficult to rectify later. Unlike other products such as lights and furniture which you can just discard and replace, changing the flooring requires messy renovations. My laminated flooring was good for 3 whole yrs without kids but spoilt within 1 month upon the arrival of my son, not to mentioned the skirting which started to disintegrate at the edges.
