Hi all,

About to finalize our ID soon for a HDB 4 Room Resale flat at Tiong Bahru. The unit currently is in default HDB condition with no renovation done so we're looking at doing a full overhaul. Most of the quotes received from IDs are in the range of 40-44k. Wanted advice if any of the following items seem out of place:
