Converting Utility Room Into A 2Nd Bathroom?

Hi

I'm keen on finding out if it's possible to convert a utility room into an additional bathroom? At the moment I am interested in a 3 room old flat but there is only 1 very small bathroom in the kitchen. What would be the cost of doing such a renovation and is it possible? Coz that would have to include plumbing works and stuff right?

It is not that simple like plumbing works and stuff.

My suggestion.

Check with HDB.

Don't depend on forum reply.

Not all HDB unit is the same.

member "A" unit can do it , does not mean your unit can do it
