Went to see my future house last week. Saw the awful 3-flaps window at the corner panel of the living room window. Wonder who is the lousy architect who designs this. Not only ugly looking but also not pragmatic as it hinders the flow of wind and causes unnecessary obstruction of view to outside. Sigh.....

Looks like exterior is 99% completed for most blocks. Hope can finish by this year.. if not renovation clashes with CNY then sian liao....

Any experience ppl ard can advise how long more we can expect to collect keys?!
