Labour Price For Hacking 120Sqm Of Floor Tiles?

Anyone know whats the average labour cost for hacking away existing tiles + laying floor tiles provided by me? I have a bunch of tiles (enough to cover 120sqm+10%allowance).

the average price should be $3+ for labour to retile and $1.5 for labour to hack the tiles. you need to chip in the material like cement, sand and other building material
