after camping in renotalk for so long. v fortunately I am able to start my reno journey and share w u guys. I will keep it short and simple...

and so this will be the plan for the upcoming renovation

1) relocate the kitchen entrance as to avoid direct facing with my house entrance...

2) relocate existing WC 2 entrance as i intend to open up the balcony to create more spacing. As the kitchen layout and WC 2 is kinda tricky...

Living room...

dont really like the tiles color and of course everything need to go ! from the floor/wall to the ceiling !

Hey laks! Indeed this is like a mirror image of my flat! Except the WC 1 doesn't eat into bedroom 3. Even the indent rectangular hole in common toilet is the same as mine! How long will your reno take?

yes exactly.. i predict it will take about 3-4mths ? waiting for HDB approval and hacking + laying of new tiles already took up 3-4 weeks. 

furthermore reno timing is just like "office hours" sat/sun off. lol.

Yeah! Can only fit 9ft counter space and 4ft at the opposite side after fridge and tall unit installation. My carpentry is completed so will take some photos this weekend! Question, after hacking the walls for the kitchen, where do you intend to place you kitchen light switch?

Ok my kitchen light switch will be on the right hand side wall when I enter the kitchen. 

I have divided my Kitchen into 2 parts. 

Left

"light" items like my nespresso machine, kitchen paper etc.. and of course. 6ft top ONLY and my fridge location 

Right 

"L" shape top & bottom cabinets. Kitchen Sink will be facing the entrance and my stove/hobs on the right. Basically all cooking will be done there including my microwave..
