Just try to install Legrand Belanko water heater switch

Just try to change my water heater switch but some queries. 

Any kind soul out there pls share some tips on doubts I have :

Q1. L1 / L2 = should be connected to White Color cable ?

 

Q2. N1/N2 = should be connected to Black Color cable ?

 

Q3. Earth - should be connected to yellow/green stripe cable ? But from the wall outlet it has two such cable, should connect both into this slot?

Q4. See pictures. Notice there are two tiny Black cable below L1/N1. Not sure where it should be both connected to?

Your assumption on Earth is correct. Yes, if there are 2 yellow/green cables, squeeze both into the earth slot.

Would be more better if you post some pictures for the other questions.

Generally, for Q1 & Q2, you are right but we don't know if the White cable is LIVE or Black cable is Neutral. You will need to figure it out or at least before you disconnect from the old switch, you can see where they are connected to (to be sure).

For Q4, I think they are for the LED indicator on the switch.
