Find Professionals    Deals    Get Quotations   Portfolios

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, my husband & I are intending to engage this contractor for our new 3 room BTO (65sqm).

We are doing up the 2 toilets & kitchen walls/floors. And doing concrete screeded floors with epoxy coating (not too sure if we can appeal for screeding from HDB hence asking the contractor to quote). The only carpentry is the kitchen.

Is the quotation reasonable? Any red flags?

Thank you for your help!

Hi

Personally I feel you should seek three quotes to compare, unless the you know the contractor personally or the contactor is highly recommended by someone you know.

If you are keen to get my contractor’s contact, you can email me at ashleightanzq@gmail.com

Yes min. 3 quotes is a must. And usually I prefer breakdown rates per unit. This will remove any unscrupulous mark ups. Comparing rates psf n pfr and you will know whether it is reasonable anot. Everything also lump sum is something I will usually avoid
