We went to IKEA and talked to the contractor, the curtain are not that expensive, and the tracks, for the bent one, are just $7/ft.

When we went to Laura Ashley, the curtain can be as expensive as $100+/ft and the tracks are $18/ft?!

yes, the material quality is better, but why is there such a HUGE DIFFERENCE?!

It largely depends on the country of manufacture, some of the curtain material are from European countries, naturally much more expensive. How much it will cost will depends on what you chose ..
