Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is my first post. Never been a forum person but I have heard that almost always, there are really sincere and kind people who are willing to share knowledges and give wonderful advices.

I am currently going thru a "Getting ready my house" period. I am currently scouting for some contractors or ID to renovate my new house.

4-Room, 85 sqm, New Standard Unit, $30K for everything except Electrical Appliances and Furnitures.

Would any kind souls out there share some knowhow or recommend some ID etc.
