Recommendation for Contractor (Landed)

Hi,

We have recently bought an intermediate terrace 3.5 storey landed hse. We need recommendation on a landed property contractor for just internal renovations and build/install simple yard/rooftop shelter (as the hse is less than 15 years). We have a tight budget and would appreciate recommendation that are reasonable in their pricing. Thanks.

Have you found one yet? I just found 1 after 4 months of search! So many dishonest ones around

Can share your contractor with reasonable pricing ?
