Anyone Using Induction Hobs? How Much Electricity Does It Consume?

Hi,

I've just got an EA in Anchorvale Link. I wish to get an Induction hob instead of the gas hobs but need to find out more. Anyone can tell me how much electricity does it consume? Which brand is good? I've been to Teka showroom and saw their demo. Awesome! Also, they told me for a 3 burner, I need to install a 30-amp instead of our usual 13-amp? Which is impossible in our HDB rite? Anyone using in HDB? That y i'm considering a 2 burner...

Pls share with me...
