After reading so many posts on Reno t-Blog, I've decided to also post my journey of how me and my wife begin creating our Punggol Scandi Home! Our new house is at Punggol Waterway! But we've yet to get our keys. I'd like to share my floor plan of my 5-rm BTO flat below. Next, I'll be sharing the theme of my home!

Btw realised i missed this out in the above post. For all the carpentry work, it comes with white internal PVC (unless otherwise stated), ABS trimming and soft closing hinges (non-branded). So if looking for BLUM hinges, cost may differ quite a bit. Don't think they are registered company for BLUM system as well. HTH!

Hey hope you are enjoying your beautiful (minimalist) home. Would like to check if you experience powdery floors? Curious if resin gloss is the answer since so many owners have the sandy floor problem with cement screed. TIA!

Just some comments on these two brands. I'm currently scouting around for taps for my new home and i've tried out both hansgrohe and grohe in the showroom. Quite frankly, i find grohe superior in the aspect of fine adjustments. Even my wifey commented how cheap hansgrohe feels as compared to grohe. Grohe is really that much smoother no doubt about it. No offense but i don't see how anyone can ignore the stiffness of hansgrohe vs grohe - it's just too obvious!
