oh geez....i chose a glossy laminate as well...aim was to have light bounce off them in all sorts of unchartered angles to make the kitchen look bigger...now you've gotten me worried.
-
Don't ask about prices lah it's very sensitive. Anyways here's a breakdown. bought my stuff from Evov, Lifestorey & XZQT thanks and yes to the first question, floorplan is the first topic. Have fun with the remote I am seriously having a blast with them switching them on and off and on and off...and on.... until ladyboss say stop

somehow i cannot post leh... go to myhometown . sg(clear the spaces in between somehow when i put the words together, it becomes renotalk instead of myhometown dot sg. Crazy...) then under Forum > Home Rejuvenation > My Renovation look under See how Lieblingsg transforms his Tiong Bahru SIT Flat! read the entire 63 pages or just jump to page 62 for a quick video.

wah quite fast your renowork. Congrats. Your floorplan is indeed challenging but my kitchen is as small if not smaller than yours.

heh i like the fact that you guys make it KFC very interesting. But I must say, pre-selection of ID, shopping for furniture and reno works are extremely tiring. Good that you have that stratergy play in your blog as advice for new homeowners. Cheerios

closer look at kitchen tiles chose this to give length to the wall so visibly we can be fooled to think we have a 'big' kitchen Our common bath Master bath dont' mind the stains, it's not washed yet. master bedroom with cute bedside hanging lights reminds me of Hershey's kisses. Backdrop will have a nice wallpaper closer look at the lights Sidetrack! bought this nice gizmo that allows us to switch our lights on or off and it also segmentizes portions of lights as a group. With this, we saved on buying additional switches. oh yeah sample of our wallpaper living area with boring but functional downlights, alas no L-box as we a/an extremely lazy couple. more downlights within such a small space... HUGE round and simple dining light Dining table will come only around end Nov as they need to indent...here's a picture of it from the catalogue nonetheless. Chairs are like so as per my sister's advice. They will come in transparent no colours. my 'tow kay neo' hasn't yet decided where to place this lamp. But it's creating a nice contrast against the red wall, luckily I heeded her advice to change from a full on black to transparent lamp. i wanted this table actually but...lady boss said NO! here's a rug that we bought in a shop at GWC, somehow the coffee table looks **** nice minus the patterns. I am a fan of furnitures in black. sofa is suede and in black, this lady boss approved. coffee table chosen for the sole purpose of looks rather than functionality but it went well with the slightly lowered sofa plus my sister paid for it my sis is the best it will come in this copper glass colour as both my sis and ladyboss ignored my pleas for it to be black Sidetrack! This pink dog looks cute ah, took this while waiting for ladyboss to have her face painted with make-up. I think it makes a great gift for my gay friends...

heh heh you can say that again, although I'm a guy my knees went weak looking at the WMF range. Luckily my wife left our robinson's card at home
-
Yeap Zone Denmark having 50%-70% off. Else walk a little to Robinsons and get their WMF range, buy with Robinsons card entitles further 20% discount

What's there to be vexed about? Patience and time will resolve issues. If you know what you want then consider a Contractor, but you need time to manage the project and co-ordinate the works. If you want someone to take care of all that and don't mind paying a slight premium, then I would suggest a ID. Lastly, renovating the toilets would easily amount to 2K plus for retiling and the wet works would set you around 1K+. In all honesty, renovating the toilets are expensive for such a small space.

Got my 3 seater from evov in suede as well but I got it at $999.

Hi, found a great site that would provide loads of info on laminate floorings. Laminate Flooring We have chosen Tarkett for our house. Do try this portal, it does have some interesting reads. Also, interestingly I do not see brands like Kronotex & Vohringer in them. Supreme local company, laminates are German Technology not German made.
