Wanted to get a glass top fujioh hob yesterday. But heard too many scary stories bout the glass shattered and wasn't covered under warranty. So i checked with this old SA and was told tat their toughened glass top is lifetime warranty. Is it true?

I hv another query. Most of my friends told me if renovate whole hse for resale hse, usually the renovation cost will be +/- 30k. True? My initial budget is 23k. Seems impossible to me now

I decided to do up the whole hse including floorings coz i calculated if i take up their other promotion package for living rm & bedrm, it's more worth it than i chose to do the works individually like the feature walls, tv console n shoe cabinet as the cost differs. Hi JCase, I also asked my ID why he's charging me mere $60 for the patchwork. He told me coz he still has to pay the workers to do the patching so he needs to charge me. He also say coz the patchwork is to be done for the whole hse including the ceilings, living & dining area and MBR.

If the L-box is boxed up still okie, believe false ceiling can store dust easier. My frd's hse false ceiling full of dust and dead insects
