Hi boonkhim, I believe by now, u should know whether your main contractor is doing well in his task. As a end-user like us, we are surely unable to get any dealer price from carpenters, plumber and etc. Hence, whatever retail price your main contractor offered you is his earning rather than pocketing extra $$$ on top of the standard price as fellow netizens had mentioned. Do read around articles from this forum. I like this place, its pretty resourceful ya. Hope you have a great renovation ahead.

hi koikoi, I beg to differ . The longer the time drag, the lesser the effort to do up the home liao. So from my point of view, its always best to renovate everything within the period of time. As the saying goes, it takes 30 minutes to register the food we eat to our brain. Chew fast before you feels that you are fulled.

ERm.. Remember the watt. Whatever it is, the light must play its primary role, which is, to provide sufficient lighting to the surrounding for reading and etc. hee. just a penny for your thought.
